Press Release - Property Tax Bills for 2025
The Government of Anguilla extends its sincere appreciation to all property owners who have already paid their Property Tax for 2025. We also wish to remind the public that the second installment is due on or before Monday, December 1st, 2025.
We take this opportunity to remind owners of residential properties, including long-term rental houses, apartments, and condominiums, that these categories remain fully liable for Property Tax.
Property Tax is also applicable to owners of commercial buildings, hotels, villas, and short-term rental accommodations. Additionally, any improvements made on land classified as residential but used for long-term rental purposes will continue to fall under Property Tax obligations.
Please note that it is the responsibility of every property owner to ensure their Property Tax is paid, whether or not a bill is received. If you have not received your 2025 Demand Notice, we encourage you to contact the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) or visit our office so we may review your registration and update your contact details as necessary.
The IRD is pleased to announce the launch of our Online Portal, designed to offer more convenient and efficient service. Property owners are encouraged to visit www.services.gov.ai to register and gain access to the portal, where you can easily view and manage your Property Tax information.
For further assistance, please contact the Inland Revenue Department at (264) 497-8334, email inlandrevenue@gov.ai, or visit our office during business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Regards,
Lonnie Hobson (Mr.)
