The General Services Tax is a tax on services.  It is charged on  the value-added (mark-up) on services supplied domestically by General Services Tax registered businesses.

 

Businesses add General Services Tax to the price they charge when they provide services. The General Services Tax collected during a tax period will be remitted to the Government of Anguilla on the 20th day of the following month.  

 

General Services Tax came into force on August 1st 2025.
