PRESS RELEASE – PAST DUE SECOND HALF OF PROPERTY TAX BILLS 2024

The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) wishes to extend sincere gratitude to those property owners who continue to contribute to the development of Anguilla.

A significant number of property owners have either paid their property tax in full or their first instalment. If you have only paid your first instalment, we wish to remind you that the second half of the Property Tax Demand Notice for 2024 was due and payable by 1st December 2024.

The IRD is committed to providing convenient and efficient service. Therefore, we encourage all Property owners to register for access to the IRD Online Portal at www.services.gov.ai. The online portal allows property owners to manage their tax accounts and tax obligations, view transaction history and account balance, and pay their Property Tax online.

The IRD would also like to remind all property owners that they are responsible for payment of property taxes whether or not a bill is received. If persons do not have a postal box address or have not received their Property Tax bill, please contact or visit the IRD.
